The Entrepreneurship Mechanism was created as part of the implementation of actions and the provision of consulting and training services at the Athens School of Fine Arts (ASFA) for the development and operation of the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center, as part of the action entitled SUB2: “Universities of Excellence” with code OPS TA 5180665/Recovery and Resilience Fund “Greece 2.0” (Action Code: 16289). The entire action concerns reform and, specifically, funding for the upgrading and improvement of the research infrastructure of selected Greek universities. Action 3.2.5 (16289) “Promoting quality, innovation, and extroversion in universities” aims to improve the quality indicators of research and teaching in Greek universities and strengthen their international presence. This is achieved through the adoption of strategies for the targeted support of research areas that demonstrate international excellence.
The Entrepreneurship Mechanism aims to familiarize students and graduates of the Athens School of Fine Arts (ASFA) with the world of entrepreneurship and provide support for the development of business ideas. Through the creation of a permanent support and mentoring mechanism, students will become familiar with and gain access to information and advice on their business development, funding opportunities, and career development.
